Cottage Rental Terms and Conditions
A deposit of one night is required to guarantee a reservation, as well as a valid credit card.
Pets are permitted with special permission. A fee of $25.00 per stay will be assessed.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the cottages.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
